I finally found the perfect shelvingsystem for my cd's. The String system was originally made in 1949 by the swedish arhitect Nisse Strinning, but as it proves- it's timeless.
The system is a simple "ladder" climbing up the wall, and you can combine shelves however you like.
I bought the String pocket, which is the perfect size for cd's, pocketbooks or dvds.
It comes in several colours and types, including String plex, replacing the ladder with plexiglass-sides. Lovely.
